Hi, I'm Field Holler - a professional open-format DJ with a profound knowledge and vast library of multiple music genres, performing soul, funk, disco, rare-groove, r&b, house, urban, hip-hop, reggae, Afrobeat, etc ranging from mellower sounds for warm-ups and chilled vibes to higher energy sounds for full-on dancefloor filling.
I've two years of experience performing at restaurant-bars, pubs, sports clubs and private parties. I'm keen to perform at corporate events such as premises-openings and product launches etc.
Deft at mixing between differing genres and styles, possessing good audience-reading skills to keep the vibe and energy flowing, and have confident interpersonal skills at all levels.
Also equally knowledgeable of genres such as jazz (1940s to the present day, all sub-genres, vocal and instrumental), jazz-funk, blues, African, Latin, World, ambient, of all energies (i.e. background / incidental and/or engaging / attention-grabbing), which might be demanded for refined and themed events such as galleries, promotions, book-launches, meet-and-greet / receptions, soirées, opening-events, intermissions for concerts, networking events, weekend brunches, St. Valentine's day/night, etc.
Possessing of a varied wardrobe of clothing for dressing up or dressing down, depending upon the presentation / brand / formality / image etc required.
Also regarding image and presentation etc, can perform with spectacles or contact lenses.
Prepared to travel afar / abroad for gigs of interest.
