DJ Wanted for Resort Contract in Mauritius

A resort in Mauritius has an exciting DJ opportunity available. They would like to recruit a resident to join their entertainment team for 3-6 months starting in August. The DJ will play 2 gigs per day with 30 hours total work per week (over 6 days). Sets include: A 1 hour sunset set (Ambient / Downtempo) and a 4 hour set (House and Nu Disco) at the resorts bar. In addition to a competitive monthly salary (TBN), the position comes with return flights, free board and meals.

Specification / Requirements

- Play genres such as Downtempo, Nu Disco & House.

- A high standard of mixing for all the above genres.

- Can play music to suit the location / guests.

- A people person who's good with guests.

- A background at resorts, bars or nightclubs (desirable).

- Have mixes on profile with the requested styles.

- Available for at least 3 (preferably 6) months.

- Hold a valid passport.

- 6 days work per week with 5 hours per day.

- To start in August 2026.

- Monthly salary (TBN) with benefits (flights, board and meals).
