DJ profiles are all activated instantly, right after completing sign up.

All profiles remain the property of DJagency.co. Our service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
Older payments for our website are handled by Braintree, Stripe and PayPal using secure SSL encryption.
Our new payment system uses Stripe and the Stripe checkout. This means the payment page is extra secure.
Membership System:
Both of our monthly profile listings are subscription. These will renew every month until you cancel. By signing up and agreeing to our terms you are authorising your card to be saved and billed every month. Please be aware ourr system cannot send renewal notices. It's quick and easy to cancel in the members area. If you have any issues please contact us and we will help you cancel.
Our yearly profile listing is not a subscription. Once you have made payment you will have access to the site for 12 months and will not be billed further unless you wish to sign up again at the end of that period.
If your subscription renewal fails our payment provider will try on two more occasions to take payment. If no payment is successful your profile and all account / user data will be removed from the system. This cannot be recovered.
If you choose not to take out another 12 month membership your account and profile data will remain in our system for up-to 7 days. This is to give you a chance to renew. If you do not renew within this time your profile and user data will be fully purged from our website and system. There is no chance of recovering any data once this has happened.
12 month profile listing: There is nothing to cancel. You made a one off payment which is not recurring.
Both monthly subscription options:
We firmly believe in and stand behind our service, but understand that it may not work for everyone. Like any promotion service, all we can do is advertise you for work. Nothing more. If at any time you are unhappy, and no longer wish to use the service, you can cancel your membership in one easy click. There are no cancellation fees. A button to cancel is easy to find in the membership tab of your DJ area.
After you cancel your membership will remain fully active until your expiry day. After which, all of your user data is deleted:
We allow a cooling off period of 2 days where you can request a full refund for the payment you have made. In order to get a refund during the 2 day cooling off period you must not have used the service in any way.
This includes:
1. Applying for a job
2. Updating your profile
The cooling off period is there for people who signed up but changed their mind. Applying for any jobs after sign up will invalidate the cooling off period. This is because you have used the service and taken advantage of the benefits. Our system shows all actions taken by users in the system so we can see if someone has applied for jobs.
You will have 2 days from the date you sign up to request a refund. After the 2 days no refund will be given. We feel 2 days is enough time to decide whether you want to use the service or not.
After 2 days we will not offer a full refund. This is because we have provided the service which you signed up for and chose not to ask for a refund during the 2 day cooling off period.
To get a refund during the 2 day cooling off period:
1. You must not have used the service during the 3 days.
2. You haven't applied for any jobs.
3. Email to request a refund within 2 days of sign up.

Subscription Renewals:
If your subscription renews and you have not used the service within 7 days we will refund your latest payment with no questions asked. You have 5 days to request a refund of your latest payment. After this time we will not offer a refund. In order to get a refund for your latest payment:
1. You must not have used the service within 7 days to apply for jobs
2. Email to request a refund within 5 days of your latest renewal.
3. Cancel your recurring membership

We are unable to offer refunds for any payments older than 5 days. This is because you have used the service. Will will be more than happy to cancel your subscription from renewing again.
Profile and user data after a refund:
If you get a refund your user data and profile data will be removed as soon as the refund is given. Data will not be recoverable after this happens.
